El Agente/Gerente de Puesta en Servicio impulsa la verificación de calidad y rendimiento a través de procesos estructurados de puesta en servicio, pruebas de sistemas y demostraciones integradas de funcionamiento, asegurando una entrega sin problemas al cliente.\r\nRequisitos\r\nPlanificación y Coordinación de la Puesta en Servicio\r\n· Desarrollar, implementar y gestionar el Plan de Puesta en Servicio alineado con los estándares de QA/QC del proyecto, los requisitos del propietario y las mejores prácticas del sector.\r\n· Coordinar las actividades de puesta en servicio entre disciplinas con el Gerente de QA/QC, socios comerciales, autoridades de puesta en servicio y el cliente.\r\n· Asegurar el cumplimiento con las especificaciones del proyecto, estándares del cliente y códigos aplicables (ASHRAE, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, etc.).\r\n· Participar en revisiones de diseño y planificación previa de calidad para integrar los requisitos de puesta en servicio desde el inicio.\r\n\r\nVerificación y Pruebas de Sistemas\r\n· Supervisar listas de verificación previas al funcionamiento, procedimientos de arranque de equipos e inspecciones de preparación del sistema.\r\n· Dirigir y documentar pruebas de rendimiento funcional de sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, de fontanería, contra incendios/seguridad, de seguridad y sistemas especializados.\r\n· Validar que las secuencias de funcionamiento del sistema operen según lo diseñado y cumplan con los requisitos del proyecto del propietario.\r\n· Gestionar pruebas integradas de sistemas (IST) para entornos críticos para la misión, asegurando la verificación de resiliencia y redundancia.\r\n\r\nDocumentación e Informes\r\n· Mantener registros de puesta en servicio, seguimiento de incidencias y documentación de resolución utilizando herramientas de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360).\r\n· Proporcionar informes detallados de puesta en servicio y documentación de entrega, incluyendo manuales de operación y mantenimiento, registros de formación y datos de rendimiento del sistema.\r\n· Documentar y rastrear deficiencias, coordinar acciones correctivas con contratistas y verificar el cierre.\r\n\r\nParticipación con Partes Interesadas\r\n· Actuar como enlace entre QA/QC, equipos de construcción, ingenieros de diseño, contratistas comerciales y representantes del cliente en asuntos relacionados con la puesta en servicio.\r\n· Liderar reuniones de puesta en servicio, informar sobre el progreso y comunicar claramente los problemas a la dirección del proyecto y al cliente.\r\n· Proporcionar formación y orientación al personal operativo del cliente durante la entrega del sistema.\r\n\r\nCalificaciones\r\n· Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o de Control;
