Es posible que avance aún más pronto.\r\n\n\r\n\nIdealmente, lo siguiente describiría a la persona adecuada:\r\n\n\r\n\n- Titulado/a para enseñar en los grados 1 o 2 (esto es, de hecho, un requisito estricto).\r\n\n\r\n\n- Capaz de trabajar cómodamente con niños llenos de energía y creatividad. Son unos niños excelentes, pero requieren mucha atención.\r\n\n\r\n\n- ¿Capacidad para viajar ocasionalmente? Sería genial, pero no es indispensable si no es posible. (Actualmente no tengo planes de viaje, pero me gustaría tener esa opción, incluso a nivel internacional, si fuera factible.)\r\n\n\r\n\n- Capacidad para adaptarse a un plan de estudios flexible y no totalmente, digamos, convencional. Aún no he adquirido ningún programa o currículo específico para educación en casa, así que el currículo sigue abierto. Me encantaría sacar a los niños al exterior tanto como sea posible como parte del proceso de aprendizaje: realizar excursiones, proponer actividades creativas, etc. Mi hija ya muestra interés por las ciencias y dice que quiere ser científica. Por tanto, es probable que las materias científicas reciban especial atención. Ya entiende la idea.\r\n\n\r\n\n- Lista de deseos (no obligatoria): capacidad para impartir clases tanto en español como en inglés. ¡Aún mejor!: experiencia o habilidades musicales, o experiencia docente en música. ¡Sería fantástico!\r\n\n\r\n\n- Capacidad para superar una verificación de antecedentes penales.\r\n\n\r\n\nEl horario es algo flexible, pero el estado exige aproximadamente 175 días al año, con un número mínimo de horas diarias. Actualmente, la niña de 5 años pasa los fines de semana con su madre (desde la noche del jueves hasta la noche del domingo). Por tanto, lo más probable es que todas nuestras actividades deban realizarse de lunes a jueves.\r\n\n\r\n\n¿Y la remuneración? Necesito que me ayudes a determinarla. Supongo que sería de 30 dólares por hora, o quizás más para un profesor experimentado. Tengo una vaga idea de lo que ganan los profesores de escuelas públicas, pero aquí se trataría de 1 o, como máximo, 2 niños y no sería un empleo a tiempo completo. Así que asumo que sería menos que el salario de un profesor escolar a tiempo completo, aunque también entiendo que este no es un ámbito en el que deba intentar ahorrar demasiado.
