La responsabilidad principal del Supervisor Clínico es desarrollar e implementar procedimientos de intervención en los Servicios de Desarrollo Infantil y supervisar las actividades diarias del equipo de instrucción. Las responsabilidades incluyen analizar y preparar resúmenes de datos, proporcionar horas de instrucción individual, contribuir al diseño de metas y objetivos, actualizar y coordinar los horarios semanales de los clientes, y ayudar en la formación de miembros del personal con menos experiencia. Funciones esenciales Cumple con las metas y necesidades del cliente y brinda atención de calidad mediante la evaluación e interpretación del desarrollo de habilidades y la conducta; diseña e implementa planes de tratamiento basados en programación positiva e instrucción en consulta con el gerente clínico y el psicólogo clínico supervisor. Supervisa la implementación de intervenciones de desarrollo y ABA/DTT/PRT en los hogares del cliente y la familia, así como en entornos comunitarios. Escribe y revisa informes iniciales, semestrales, anuales y finales de progreso. Capacita al personal nuevo en cuanto a intervenciones de desarrollo y programación positiva (ABA, DTT, PRT, facilitación de habilidades sociales, facilitación de habilidades comunitarias, etc.). Proporciona supervisión y consultoría a los intervencionistas respecto a la programación para todos los clientes de intervención en la división (ABA/PRT/DTT). Diseña currículos individualizados de programación positiva para los clientes de intervención. Diseña planes de apoyo conductual positivo e intervenciones de programación positiva. Diseña y facilita intervenciones grupales según se asignen (de acuerdo con el alcance y la supervisión). Desarrolla y realiza capacitaciones internas según las necesidades del personal. Brinda capacitación individual a padres, talleres grupales y/o apoyos dirigidos a padres. Ofrece talleres de formación a agencias financiadoras y otros socios comunitarios. Evalúa los resultados de la programación positiva mediante la observación, registro y evaluación del progreso del cliente; recomienda e implementa ajustes y modificaciones. Diseña planes de reducción gradual o transición en cuanto a la estructura curricular y cambios, según las necesidades individuales del cliente. Asegura la continuidad y la implementación consistente del plan de intervención de programación positiva por parte del personal, familias y otros cuidadores involucrados; monitorea el progreso del cliente en múltiples entornos, cuando sea aplicable. Documenta la creación, diseño o modificación de intervenciones de programación positiva completando protocolos y actualizando registros (hojas Sd, etc.). Contribuye al esfuerzo del equipo logrando los objetivos establecidos para el equipo. Colabora con el Director para desarrollar nuevos servicios para la división, según las necesidades del cliente y de la comunidad (por ejemplo, grupos para padres, grupos de habilidades sociales, etc.). Mantiene la confidencialidad del cliente y protege las operaciones de la agencia guardando la información en confidencia. Mantiene un entorno de trabajo seguro cumpliendo con reglas y regulaciones. Protege a los clientes y empleados cumpliendo con todas las políticas y protocolos. Mantiene conocimientos profesionales y técnicos asistiendo a talleres educativos, revisando publicaciones profesionales, estableciendo redes personales y participando en sociedades profesionales. Requisitos Debe poseer una maestría en el campo de la psicología y ser elegible para obtener licencia en el estado de California dentro de los próximos 4 años. Competencia y un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en salud mental infantil, análisis conductual aplicado y evaluación diagnóstica. Debe cumplir con las competencias asociadas con la finalización de la Evaluación Integral de Funciones dentro de los 12 meses. Debe tener experiencia facilitando grupos de habilidades sociales u otras intervenciones grupales. Debe ser autónomo, trabajar en múltiples entornos y realizar tareas desde casa, ya que una parte semanal de este trabajo implicará teletrabajo. Se requiere dominio del paquete Microsoft Office. Demandas físicas El personal debe ser capaz de levantar y transportar objetos físicamente de hasta 20 libras (por ejemplo, alimentos, artículos del hogar, mover muebles). Así como también debe ser capaz de ayudar, guiar y facilitar físicamente el movimiento de los usuarios que puedan necesitar asistencia física (por ejemplo, transferencia de silla de ruedas, caminar, etc.).
