- Pool Heating: Available for $35 per day (must be purchased for the entire stay). Request and pay no later than 7 days before arrival to avoid a $35 trip fee. Recommended November-March. Heater shuts off automatically when outdoor temp drops below 55°F and restarts at 65°F—no refunds for weather-related temperature changes.

 

- Trash Guidelines (HOA Requirement): All trash must be properly bagged in 13-gallon bags. Loose trash, to-go bags, oversized/ripped bags are violations and incur fines/fees.

 

- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM (strictly enforced). Flexible times may be accommodated with 48 hours’ prior notice.

 

- Self-Catering Notes: This is a private self-catering home (not a concierge service). A starter kit is provided: 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 3 trash bags, 1 bar soap per bathroom, small dish soap/laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. Guests must bring food, condiments, toiletries, and additional cleaning supplies. Home includes washer/dryer, broom, mop, iron, and ironing board.

 

- Additional Rentals: Grill, pack-and-play/highchair, or other items available for rent at extra cost—please inquire in advance.

 

- Check-In Requirement: Government-issued photo ID is mandatory.
