Email your resume or Apply in person between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2715 W Grovers Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85053 Atlas Masonry participates in E-Verify REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience as a masonry foreman on commercial and/or residential sites • Ability to read blueprints, plan ahead, and manage daily schedules • Experience managing and leading crews in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to work hands-on alongside crew when needed • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and take pride in craftsmanship JOB PURPOSE This position is responsible for supervising masonry crews, managing day-to-day site activity, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and coordinating with project managers and contractors to deliver work on schedule and to spec. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise and lead a team of masons and laborers on-site • Ensure all work meets project specifications, code requirements, and company standards • Maintain communication with general contractors, inspectors, and management • Coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment as needed • Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations • Assist in hands-on masonry work when necessary to maintain schedule • Track labor hours, production, and site documentation ATLAS MASONRY BENEFITS • Weekly pay • 401K plan with 3% match • Free health insurance and life insurance • Paid Time Off & Sick Time Capataz de Albañilería – Proyectos Comerciales y Residenciales Únete al equipo de Atlas Masonry Estamos buscando un Capataz de Albañilería con experiencia para liderar nuestros proyectos comerciales y residenciales en el Valle.
