El candidato ideal será compasivo, confiable y capaz de mantener un entorno terapéutico favorable para la recuperación.\r\nRequisitos\r\nPrincipales responsabilidades\r\n Supervisión y apoyo al cliente\r\n Atender las operaciones diarias del Departamento de Vivienda.\r\n Supervisar todas las actividades de los clientes y asegurar el cumplimiento del horario diario.\r\n Realizar rondas periódicas y documentar adecuadamente.\r\n Brindar apoyo inmediato ante las preocupaciones de los clientes y asegurarse de que sus necesidades inmediatas sean atendidas.\r\n Redirigir a los clientes con respeto cuando sea necesario para mantener el orden y la seguridad.\r\n Observar y realizar análisis de orina para detección de drogas.\r\n Observar la automedicación de los clientes y documentarlo en los Registros de Observación de Medicamentos (MORs).\r\n Comunicación y documentación\r\n Comunicar claramente todas las preocupaciones de los clientes y documentar según sea necesario.\r\n Informar todos los comportamientos adversos de los clientes y situaciones de emergencia de forma calmada y organizada.\r\n Documentar todas las condiciones inseguras y comunicar las reparaciones necesarias al BHT Líder.\r\n Mantener informes precisos por turnos y otra documentación requerida.\r\n Mantenimiento de instalaciones y seguridad\r\n Asegurar que la residencia física se mantenga según los estándares del Departamento de Salud del Estado de Indiana.\r\n Cumplir con los sistemas operativos de la empresa, incluyendo la limpieza de edificios residenciales y clínicos.\r\n Identificar y reportar de inmediato cualquier condición insegura o necesidad de reparaciones.\r\n Colaboración en equipo y capacitación\r\n Trabajar de manera cohesionada con todos los departamentos para garantizar la seguridad y atención de los clientes.\r\n Ayudar en la capacitación del nuevo personal BHT.\r\n Comunicar las necesidades del departamento al Administrador.\r\n Asistir a todas las reuniones y sesiones de capacitación programadas.\r\n Facilitar grupos de clientes bajo la supervisión del Administrador y del Director de Servicios de Consejería por Abuso de Sustancias.\r\n Calificaciones / Experiencia requerida\r\n Se prefiere un mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia en un entorno de salud conductual, salud mental o cuidado residencial.\r\n Capacidad para permanecer despierto y alerta durante todas las horas laborales.\r\n Conocimiento o disposición para ser capacitado en la observación de pruebas de detección de drogas en orina y procedimientos de automedicación.\r\n Se requiere certificación en RCP (o debe obtenerse dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la contratación).\r\n Se prefiere conocimiento de los requisitos de Joint Commission.\r\n Habilidades y atributos esenciales\r\n Habilidades claras de comunicación con clientes, compañeros de trabajo y supervisores.\r\n Conocimientos básicos de informática para documentación e
