Delivery & Operations Specialist – Butcher Shop (santa rosa)

Sonoma County Meat Co. We’re a USDA-inspected butcher shop in Santa Rosa looking for a Delivery & Operations Specialist who’s steady, dependable, and takes pride in being helpful. This is a great job for someone who likes structure, works well independently, and wants to pitch in wherever needed. You’ll deliver fresh and frozen meat to local restaurants, grocers, and farms — and help around the shop when you’re not on the road. We’re not looking for flash — we’re looking for follow-through. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: -Wants to start their day early around 6:30 a.m. -Shows up on time, follows instructions, and finishes what they start. -Likes to support others and doesn’t need to be the center of attention. -Is calm, courteous, and reliable — even when things change. -Can work independently and as part of a team. -Takes pride in doing things right, even when no one’s watching. REQUIREMENTS: -Valid driver’s license + 2 years driving/delivery experience. -Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold environments. -Comfortable using GPS and driving in a variety of road conditions. -Must be organized, detail-oriented, and clear with communication. Apoyar en la carnicería: formar hamburguesas, revisar inventario, mover reciclaje, limpiar vehículos, ayudar en producción y brindar apoyo al equipo. BUSCAMOS A UNA PERSONA QUE: Quiera comenzar su día temprano, alrededor de las 6:30 a.m. Sea puntual, siga instrucciones y termine lo que empieza. Le guste apoyar a los demás y no necesite ser el centro de atención. Sea tranquila, respetuosa y confiable — incluso cuando haya cambios. Pueda trabajar de forma independiente y también como parte de un equipo. Se enorgullezca de hacer las cosas bien, incluso cuando nadie lo ve. REQUISITOS: Licencia de conducir válida y al menos 2 años de experiencia en manejo o entregas. Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y trabajar en ambientes fríos. Comodidad usando GPS y conduciendo en diferentes condiciones de carretera. Debe ser organizado, detallista y comunicarse con claridad. Bilingüe es una ventaja.
