BFS busca un Gerente de MRO de Componentes Integrados experimentado, entusiasta y detallista para apoyar las operaciones diarias, eficiencia, cumplimiento y mantenimiento rentable. Este puesto requiere liderazgo sólido para gestionar el rendimiento del taller, presupuesto, miembros del equipo y desafíos operativos. Este rol es responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento tanto de BFS como de los estándares industriales y obligaciones regulatorias.\r\nRequisitos\r\nPrincipales responsabilidades:\r\n Gestión de trabajo: Responsable de resultados MRO puntuales, dentro del presupuesto y de calidad.\r\n Gestión presupuestaria: Gestionar y solicitar recursos para el equipo de mantenimiento MRO, buscar e implementar ahorros de costos manteniendo los estándares de calidad.\r\n Rendimiento del equipo: Analizar y comunicar la propuesta de valor del taller para apoyar la alineación estratégica con los objetivos del cliente y de la organización; recopilar / producir datos para mejorar la comprensión de BFS sobre los objetivos y métricas del taller y mejorar el rendimiento y eficiencia del MRO.\r\n Desarrollo del equipo: Liderar, capacitar, empoderar y guiar a los técnicos para fortalecer y valorar al equipo y entorno MRO.\r\n Resolución de problemas: Enfoque práctico y directo para resolver problemas, minimizando tiempos de inactividad y asegurando la excelencia operativa.\r\n Gestión del cumplimiento: Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad, normas industriales, políticas de la empresa, regulaciones aeronáuticas y apoyar auditorías / inspecciones periódicas.\r\n Calificaciones y Requisitos:\r\nRequerido:\r\n Experiencia demostrada en un entorno MRO de componentes o estructuras de aeronaves\r\n Conocimiento de las operaciones de estaciones de reparación aeronáutica\r\n Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y formación de equipos\r\n Capacidad para leer e interpretar manuales técnicos y documentación de cumplimiento\r\n Competencia en sistemas de gestión de trabajo y toma de decisiones basada en datos\r\n Preferido:\r\n Licencia A&P\r\n Experiencia con ensamblajes de aeronaves rotatorias (por ejemplo, CH-47, BV234)\r\n Beneficios\r\nEmpleo a tiempo completo con compensación competitiva basada en experiencia y credenciales.
