$650 Living room space for rent (San diego)

Hello guys I am renting part of the living room. There is room for a bed and some other items you will have your own drawers for your clothes and items. We are two clean roommates looking for the same. No drugs no weed no smoking. Drinking is ok but nothing too crazy. Bills will be split.
