Small and Sporty and Solar Powered! This is a fun little electric vehicle I recently converted from DC to 72V AC-Motor drive. OEM consists of lots of custom parts, Club Car wheels, and Dana differential in front wheel drive, it has an original welded aluminum frame, fiberglass body, and all the required DOT parts to be on the road. Same wheelbase as a Mini. The car is registered and has current tags (expire August 25). For more context, the car is a 4-door van model from a now defunct Canadian Company. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynasty_IT I picked it up non-working from Facebook Marketplace two years ago and replaced most of the guts to get it running again. I've modified under the hood and interior a bit to accommodate the bigger new 3phase motor (AC-20) and controller (Curtis 1238E). I've added a separate battery pack and solar kit to the back for portable AC power that also charges the car batteries! Avoid extension cords at the next block party or auto show! It runs great as-is, and I use it as a daily driver around town, but I'm moving and won't be able to take it with me. This is a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV), so it's not supposed to go over 25 mph, or on roads over 35mph. But that's no limitation around most towns and I get around great in Bremerton. Perfect for Island life, or rural living. The new motor has tons of power and easily climbs the steepest hills in town, and uses regenerative braking on the way back down! I've driven it 10 miles with the headlights on and not hit the low battery trip. I have done some tuning with the controller, but there is plenty more optimization to do, and more odds and ends you can do to the car if you want a hobby. The car comes with my wiring sketches and the dongle to connect to the controller. There's a radiator kit in the back that I never hooked up because I didn't have the controller heating issues I thought I would in summer, but the controller has the special water cooling plate if you want to connect it.
