Director of Ambiance) to help us keep the good vibes rolling. This isn’t your average busser job—we’re a buzzing public market with live music, amazing food, and a whole lot of heart. What You'll Do - Clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly - Maintain cleanliness throughout indoor and outdoor guest areas - Set the tone—monitor house music, lighting, heating, and guest comfort - Handle janitorial duties: trash, restrooms, floors, general upkeep - Assist guests with directions and basic info - Help uphold our safety, hospitality, and community vibe - What We're Looking For - Weekend and evening availability is a must - Dependable, sociable, and proactive personality - Comfortable working solo or with a team - Fast learner who takes pride in keeping a space looking sharp - Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs -Perks $18/hr + monthly tips Flexible scheduling (approx. 18–32 hrs/week) Work in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz Be part of a dynamic, live-music-filled, community-focused space To Apply Send us your resumé and availability.
