The room is fully furnished with a Queen bed, closet, dresser, and armoire, however can be removed. It has 14' ceilings, which makes the space feel even bigger. It was just recently painted and redecorated. The condo has a large private deck with a grill. Central AC & in-unit laundry. It's a second floor walk-up in a historic building with modern updates. Must love dogs. I have a 7-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who gets along with all animal lovers. About me: I'm a 40-year-old single female. I work from home in digital marketing. I have a B.A and M.S. from Northwestern. I love concerts, museums, arts & crafts, farmer's market, Pilates, dance, thrifting, Lions football, and Go N-U! Oct. 15 or Nov. 1 move-in.
