Hiring: Senior eCommerce Growth Manager & Technical Operations Specialist We're looking for an eCommerce professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a creative approach to solve complex operational and scaling challenges. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands both the technical and commercial sides of e-commerce and can help drive growth across multiple online platforms and marketplaces. Core Areas of Expertise Applicants should have advanced experience with: Magento / OpenCart / Shopping Cart systems Website management and webmaster responsibilities Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving Front-end and back-end eCommerce operations SEO strategy and implementation Amazon Seller Central eBay and Etsy marketplace management Product listing optimization and conversion improvement Website integrations, plugins, APIs, and automation Inventory synchronization and operational workflows Performance optimization and user experience improvements AI tools and workflow integration for business scaling Programming & Technical Requirements Candidates should possess strong knowledge of modern programming languages and their practical applications, including: Python – experience with AI integration, machine learning tools, automation, backend development, and data analysis JavaScript – strong understanding of dynamic web development, front-end functionality, and interactive website applications Java – experience with enterprise software environments, Android-related systems, and secure backend infrastructure C# – familiarity with Microsoft-based enterprise systems, software development, and application management SQL – database management, data retrieval, reporting, and system optimization Key Responsibilities Oversee and scale multiple eCommerce channels Diagnose and resolve technical website and marketplace issues Improve operational efficiency through automation and system optimization Monitor and improve SEO, conversions, and online sales performance Manage marketplace compliance, listings, and growth strategies Coordinate with developers, marketing teams, and suppliers Identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions Bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking to improve growth and solve challenges Assist with AI-driven operational improvements and automation opportunities Ideal Candidate Strong technical troubleshooting abilities Strategic thinker with commercial awareness Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive problem solver Ability to work independently and take ownership Experience scaling eCommerce businesses preferred Comfortable managing multiple platforms simultaneously Able to bridge technical execution with business growth objectives What We Value We value initiative, accountability, creativity, innovation, and execution.
