We at BrightArchive.com build AI-powered software that helps county governments and domestic relations offices manage documents, reminders, digital signatures, communications, and workflow.
We are looking for a smart, organized, practical person who can help improve office systems, support users, explain how automation works, and help create clear instructions and documentation.
This is **not a sales job**. It is a hands-on operations, automation, support, and systems-improvement role for someone who likes making things run better and helping people understand better ways to work.
### What you’d help with:
* organizing CRM, follow-up, and internal office systems
* setting up automations between email, task systems, spreadsheets, forms, and workflow tools
* helping staff understand how the system works and how automation can reduce wasted time
* answering occasional support questions clearly and professionally
* writing instructions, guides, and internal documentation when needed
* improving workflow for onboarding, support, and internal operations
* helping us manage incoming information in a more structured and reliable way
* reviewing systems and occasionally looking at code or system logic at a practical level to help identify whether it appears well organized and professionally built
* helping bring order to a company with a lot of activity, ideas, and moving parts
### You should be:
* strong with office automation tools and workflow systems
* a clear English writer and communicator
* able to explain technical ideas in plain language
* organized, detail-oriented, and patient
* comfortable with platforms like Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, spreadsheets, forms, or similar tools
* able to think logically about process, follow-up, and efficiency
* comfortable reviewing technical material or code structure at a high level, even if you are not a full-time programmer
* good at spotting inefficiency and helping people understand better ways to do things
* calm and professional when answering support-related questions
* have a passion for helping families and children

We build AI-powered tools designed to help counties and agencies support families more effectively. Our software is focused on practical improvements: better document handling, better reminders, better communication, and better workflow for the people doing important case-related work.

### Hours:
Part-time. Flexible, but **11 a.m. till 5:00 or later works best for us**.
