Senior Web3 Engineer (Prediction Markets / Crypto)

Description

What you'll do: Develop and maintain backend and frontend for a prediction market platform. Build simple, fast models for forecasts, bets, and markets. Set up data exchange with external systems if needed. Ensure the service runs reliably under load. Work remotely with a small team, with minimal bureaucracy. Required (must have): 3+ years of commercial software development experience. Solid knowledge of Python or TypeScript/Node.js. Experience with SQL (any DB: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite). Understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets (for real-time market data). Ability to read and work with existing code, ship features independently. Self-sufficient and good communication skills in a remote setup. Nice to have: Any experience or at least familiarity with one or more of the following – you don't need to know everything: SAP (FI, CO, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, HCM, SuccessFactors, BW/BI, Basis, ABAP, CRM, PM, QM, Ariba, S/4HANA) AI / ML Engineer (models, predictions) Microsoft 365 Developer Microsoft Dynamics Developer ServiceNow Developer Conditions: Fully remote / outstaff. Prediction market project (similar to forecast exchange mechanics). Startup style: no endless meetings, focus on working code. Salary to be discussed.
