Excellent customer service skills required REQUIREMENTS • Current Valid Guard Card • Reliable transportation • Excellent Customer Service • Neat and professional appearance • Must be willing to work graveyard, weekends and holidays! COMMON DUTIES • Observe and Report any suspicious activities • Complete Daily Activity Report, Incident Report and Detex Report • Patrol properties by foot hourly to ensure property is secured • Contact Local Police Department if needed • Respond to client calls, control the transients around the property and any trespassers must be escorted of the property.
