Job description is as follows: - Greet residents warmly and assist them with what they require - Ensure packages are delivered to the package room and posted about on the package info board - Ensure deliveries use the service entrances - Monitor who is entering the premises, and require guests/non-residents to sign in - Keep front of the building clean - Monitor the cameras
