Summary: Defender Security is seeking Lead Supervisors to perform site inspections, clerical duties, and effective communication in a full-time role. Highlights: 1. We have an immediate position open We are looking to fill a fulltime schedule. Lead Supervisors to perform the following, site and uniform inspections, clerical duties (answering phones, paperwork, filing posts and communicating effectively upwards and downwards when needed). Experience in the Security field is preferred but not required. Our schedules DO include weekends- We do not have Monday through Friday schedules. REQUIREMENTS: 1.Valid NYS Guard License or at least your 8 hour pre-assignment 2.High school diploma/GED 3.Social Security Card 4. 5 year employment or school history (All references will be verified) 5.EXCELLENT WRITING AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS (Reports are written as needed) 6.Supervisory experience is a plus- BUT we will train the right person. If you have supervisor exp but not in Security field, we will train the right person.
