The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow safety and security procedures in a fast-paced environment. Requirements High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent CPR / First Aid / AED certified Ability to read, write, and understand English Must successfully pass a fingerprint background check and drug screening Valid State Guard Card Reliable transportation to and from work Key Responsibilities Issue and manage access badges in accordance with SLA guidelines Screen associates and determine root causes of security activations Monitor facility activity to prevent unauthorized access Review, save, and document CCTV footage related to incidents Complete daily logs and incident reports by end of shift Input incident reports into security databases accurately and on time Respond to alarms according to SLA standards Conduct regular patrols and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, accidents, injuries, maintenance issues, or unusual behavior Perform security audits and compliance checks Provide assistance and direction to associates regarding security concerns Perform escorts when requested Respond to and assist with emergency situations Support staffing coverage during breaks, lunches, and call-offs Participate in emergency evacuation procedures Other duties as assigned
