Position Type: Part Time Pay Re: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeS04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols a financial institution locion. Monitor access to the locion by verifying identificion, logging visitors, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with post procedures. Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and communice with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and other front desk activity in a professional manner. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-reled concerns to the approprie personnel. Support emergency response activities when approprie and document daily front desk and security-reled events, observions, and communicions. Minimum Requirements: Level III Armed Certificion is required in Texas only. Customer service experience is preferred. An armed guard card/license is required.  Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
