As an Armed Field Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Este, Healthcare, Educion, Government and more. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, enforce site-specific policies, and if approprie emergency response. Respond to incidents and critical situions in a calm, problem solving manner. Conduct regular and random prols throughout the facility and its perimeter. Work environment and conditions may vary by client site. Assure officers receive approprie training in developing both their technical and professional skills; also provide performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluions, recognition, etc.). Utilize scheduling software to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) th require interpretion and action for effective management. Listen to and act upon employee grievances with help from approprie branch or region HR support. Participe in industry specific security/safety training programs QUALIFICATIONS: Possess effective written and oral communicion skills and good interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of client personnel and the general public in a professional manner. Have intermedie computer skills to opere innovive wireless technology for personnel management and fulfilling security duties. Possess the skills to handle crisis situions client sites in a calm and efficient manner. Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, enforce site-specific policies, and if approprie emergency response. Minimum Requirements: Must be least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Possess a current Guard Card and Firearm Permit and any other licensing requirements subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions th may be required prior to employment. As a condition of employment the candide must successfully complete a background investigion and a drug screen in accordance with federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Possess a valid driver's license, required for driving positions only. Must have least 2 years of security supervisory experience within the past 3 years; or military and/or law enforcement experience.
