I'm an intern that is new to the area looking for people already commuting from N Appleton ( by Highlands Ave) to S Neenah ( near Adella Beach) M-F around 8-5. Bus is the next best transportation option but is an hour and half one way. Would love to help pay for gas. If someone is kind of close, would be happy to bike/ walk to your location/ central location so to no interfere with your schedule!
