Do you instantly know what content will get engagement and what will flop? Can you make a business feel exciting, authentic, and deeply connected to its community? Honda Subaru of Santa Fe is looking for a part time or freelance Social Media Director to help tell our story online. This is NOT a boring corporate social media job. We want someone creative, plugged into culture, and passionate about making our dealership shine in a way that feels real, fun, community driven, and engaging. You should understand: • What content performs well on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reels • How to capture authentic moments instead of staged corporate nonsense • How to create engagement with the local community • How to make people actually WANT to follow a car dealership • Trends, algorithms, hooks, captions, and timing • Photography/video basics and simple editing • How to make employees, customers, pets, events, and cars all feel like part of a bigger story Content could include: • Fun employee spotlights • Customer delivery moments • Community events • Dogs at the dealership • New inventory features • Behind the scenes clips • Funny moments • Local partnerships • Short form videos and reels • Creative campaigns and giveaways We are a dealership that genuinely cares about our community and we want our social media to reflect that energy.
