Startup Central is seeking a motivated and energetic videography & photography intern to capture day-to-day operations at our warehouse and makerspace. We’re a technical startup accelerator with an industrial manufacturing floor and team of in-house technical experts equipped to take founders’ ideas from prototype to final product all under the same roof. No two days are the same around here, and we’re seeking an ambitious and skilled intern to help capture the energy and action of our brand. Basic Qualifications & Skills: - Experience shooting content using iPhone 17 Pro Max and DSLR or mirrorless cameras (run and gun documentary style). - Ability to work independently and with a team. - Cam operating, sound capture, NSF attitude (Never stop filming). - Familiarity with lighting and audio tools (fill lights, lapel microphones, etc.). - Must be able to work nights/weekends if needed. - Comfortable working in loud spaces in close proximity to metal and woodworking tools (all PPE provided). Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Frame.io and Mattermost/corporate communications tools. - Previous experience capturing video and still content for a company or organization. - Updated portfolio showcasing previous work. Compensation & Hours: - Up to 12 hours a day. Schedule depends upon what projects are being completed that week and could be split between typical workday hours, nights and weekends. - $200/day. Full payment deposited upon completion of work. - Internship starts on 10th and concludes 22nd.
