Summary: ONNO is seeking a creative and prolific ad maker to continuously produce dynamic and static ads across various platforms, utilizing innovative ideas, competitive analysis, and performance data. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to create a high volume of diverse ad content 2. Freedom to conceptualize fresh ad ideas from own creativity 3. Utilize analytics to build new ads from existing successful campaigns ONNO is hiring an ad maker — ongoing, part-time or full-time Check us out at ONNO.com I'm looking for someone to make ads for our company on a continuous, ongoing basis. These ads run on Meta, Google, and other platforms. You might be surprised to hear that companies like our need to produce about 10 videos a week and 40 static ads a week (for example). That is what Meta wants. You should love making ads and want to make a lot of them. There are roughly three approaches to the work itself: [1] Think like an ad agency. Come up with fresh ideas from your own creativity. Sky's the limit. [2] Study other great brands. Look at all their ads. Make variations and iterations that fit our brand. [3] Study ONNO's existing ads. We have hundreds running in Meta right now. Dig into the analytics, pull our best hooks and calls to action, and use your video editing skills to build new ads from what's already working. To see what our current ads look like: Go to the Facebook ad library and check out ONNO. Also look at some other brands: Vuori, Buck Mason, Mack Weldon, Comfrt, etc. Here's how we'd start: Step 1 — Send me a link to your current portfolio and what you're capable of. Step 2 — If I like what I see, I'll give you a paid project to produce a few ads. Step 3 — We keep making ads. You work as many hours as you want, part-time or full-time. Your choice. Ideally full-time. Reply with your portfolio link. Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000 Location: North Boulder or Remote Thanks in advance! = = = = = = Equal Employment Opportunity ONNO T-Shirt Company LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
