Summary: This role supports the worship team and speakers, requiring strong audio dynamics knowledge and problem-solving skills, with an opportunity to work on system upgrades. Highlights: 1. Support worship team and speakers during services and events 2. Ground-floor opportunity with system upgrade to Allen & Heath/Avantis Candidates should have a working knowledge of audio dynamics, a strong approach to problem solving, and a willingness to support the worship team and speakers during services and events. We are currently upgrading our system from Behringer X32 consoles to the Allen & Heath/Avantis ecosystem. This is a strong ground-floor opportunity. Schedule is typically Sundays from 8AM to 12PM and Wednesdays from 6:45PM to 8PM. Opportunity starts at $15 per hour for 4 week probationary period and then to $20 an hour in week 5.
