Be part of a creative team producing high-quality content daily We're looking to add an Audio Engineer to our growing team at a full-service podcast and video production studio in Las Vegas. This is a full-time, in-studio position. Hours will vary based on our production schedule, client bookings, and live events, so we're looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. Our studio produces podcasts, livestreams, interviews, and commercial productions for a wide variety of clients, along with several of our own in-house shows. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in making sure every production sounds professional from start to finish. Previous audio engineering experience is preferred, but we're ultimately looking for someone with a strong understanding of professional audio, a willingness to learn, and the ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating audio equipment, monitoring recordings, managing microphone placement, troubleshooting signal flow issues, and delivering clean, broadcast-quality audio for both recorded and live productions. Familiarity with the Behringer X32 is highly preferred, although it is not required. Experience with Dante audio networking or vMix is also a plus, but not required. This is not a remote position. Applicants must live in the Las Vegas area and have reliable transportation, as you'll be working directly with clients in the studio on a regular basis. Professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude are just as important to us as technical ability.
