Lead a Team. Drive Operational Excellence. An established and growing coastal food processing company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations at its processing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing plant production, supervising crews, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safe, efficient operations from processing through packaging and shipping. We are seeking a proven production leader with experience in seafood processing, fish plants, crab or shrimp facilities, meat processing, produce packing houses, or agricultural processing operations.
