This role works in a fast-paced production environment and is responsible for filling, sealing, and preparing seed bags for shipment while maintaining quality and efficiency. Job Duties: Package and bag grass seed products accurately and efficiently Operate on a packaging line and maintain production pace Seal bags and prepare finished products for shipment Stack filled bags weighing approximately 30–40 pounds onto pallets Perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Requirements: Previous grass seed experience required Bilingual preferred Ability to lift and move 30–40 pounds continuously throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
