Collaborate to meet production goals Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer / Loader to support T-shirt production. The ideal candidate has hands-on screen printing experience and can efficiently load garments, maintain print quality, and keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities: Load and unload garments on automatic or manual screen printing presses Assist with press setup, including screens, inks, and alignment Monitor print quality, registration, and consistency during production runs Verify orders for correct design, size, color, and quantity Maintain a clean and organized production area Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Requirements: Prior screen printing and/or press loading experience required Strong understanding of printing processes, inks, and garment handling Ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules High attention to detail and quality control Dependable, with good communication and teamwork skills Must be able to read and write English
