Terminal Engineering & Manufacturing seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform thorough examinations, in-process inspections, and assist with quality control processes.

Terminal Engineering & Manufacturing, a small mechanical engineering firm and high-tech manufacturing and fabrication shop, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team:
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
- Perform in-process, first article inspections, as needed
- Assist with receiving materials and material cataloging
- Participate in routine visual and dimensional inspections
- Assist in the reporting and recording of non-conformances
- Assist in compiling project data packages
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Conduct and assist internal audits and evaluations
- Perform other duties as assigned by QA/QC management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years previous work experience with inspection, the use of hand tools for inspection (micrometers, verniers, thread gauges, dial indicators, etc.), and quality control
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply GD&T
- Experience with the use of a CMM (MCOSMOS knowledge specifically is a bonus) and familiarization with non-destructive testing methods
- Ability to interpret drawings that detail product specifications
- Background in fabrication preferred
- Must be self-motivated, a team player, and have a positive mental attitude!
