Growth path available for interested individuals Machine Operator / Production Support – Entry Level RB Enterprises | Mukilteo, WA We are an AS9100 certified precision machining company serving aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial customers. We are currently looking for an entry-level Machine Operator to join our production team. What You'll Do • Deburr and finish machined parts to print/spec using hand tools and deburring equipment • Run production parts on CNC equipment (training provided) • Perform basic in-process inspection using calipers, micrometers, and other standard gauges • Follow work instructions accurately • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Support packaging and staging of finished parts as needed What We're Looking For • No prior machining experience required. We will offer training • Comfortable standing for extended periods and doing repetitive tasks • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment • Basic math skills (reading a tape measure, fractions/decimals a plus) Nice to Have (Not Required) • Prior manufacturing, shop, or hands-on trade experience • Familiarity with hand tools or shop equipment • Interest in growing into CNC operation, setup, and deburr roles What We Offer • Full-time, on-site position in Mukilteo, WA • Hands-on training with experienced machinists • Growth path
