Team-oriented environment with a focus on safety and quality Machine Operator – Manufacturing Hours: 7am to 3pm We are looking for reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team. No extensive experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable and eager to learn. Job Responsibilities • Operate machinery and production equipment according to instructions • Set up machines for daily production (basic calibration and cleaning) • Load raw materials or parts into machines • Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth production • Make basic adjustments to machine settings as needed • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Follow all workplace safety procedures • Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors • Maintain simple production and activity logs • Keep track of approved and defective products Skills & Qualifications • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work well in a team environment • Good communication skills • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What We’re Looking For • Dependable and punctual individuals • Willingness to learn and take direction • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Commitment to safety and quality Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate reliability and a strong desire to grow within the company.
