Job Summary:
We are an established aviation processing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Lab Helper to support our laboratory and quality team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in aerospace or laboratory operations. While prior experience is a plus, it is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily chemical tritations, including monitoring and maintaining proper concentrations in process tanks such as phosphoric acid anodize, caustic etch, and water purity systems
Support physical testing procedures, including flow testing and weight testing
Assist with mechanical testing, such as lap-shear and metal-to-metal testing
Accurately record and maintain test data and lab results
Ensure lab equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Assist lab technicians and quality personnel with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Interest in laboratory work, aerospace, or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic math and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a lab or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working with chemicals and lab equipment (with proper training and PPE)
