This organization develops automation equipment and integrated solutions used in modern manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to job instructions and technical drawings Complete point-to-point wiring, wire routing, and cable termination Build frames and install components using approved assembly methods Perform basic soldering as required Use hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, drills, hex keys, measuring tapes, and fixtures Inspect completed work for accuracy, workmanship, and quality Assist with combining larger components into completed assemblies Work with team members to meet quality and production expectations Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience Point-to-point wiring experience is required Ability to read basic prints, diagrams, and work instructions Experience with wire preparation, routing, and termination Familiarity with hand tools and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical functions of a manufacturing position Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening Apply Today Contact Ardent Staffing Solutions to learn more or submit your résumé.
