Focus on technology reuse and environmental responsibility We're looking for an individual with at least some tech experience, a helpful attitude, and an enthusiasm for technology reuse to assist in the refurbishment of end of life electronics and computer equipment. We are a small business, with a great mission and an awesome staff so it's very important that the successful candidate works well with others. We are seeking an individual who is already motivated, and works well under direction, or independently as needed. Being reliable, willing to learn, and great at working in a team environment is more important than experience. If you love technology, the environment, and the idea of learning to refurbish computers, laptops, and mobile devices, we have the job for you! - Employing our ERP and diagnostic software to capture system information - Manual data entry into ERP software - Wiping and inventorying hard drives - Installing RAM and storage devices - Diagnosing and refurbishing desktops, laptops, servers, and some tablet/mobile devices - Deploying operating systems to refurbished machines - Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Some computer hardware experience or aptitude - Be able to lift and carry 40-50 pounds - Able to stand for some periods of time - Strong typing skills and experience with Google Apps Suite a huge plus - Organizing, sorting, categorizing, counting, adding, subtracting - Problem solving skills - Must be trustworthy, dependable, and have reliable transportation - Normal hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Mon - Fri - Must pass drug screening and background check Great benefits including healthcare, 12 Holidays, 2 Weeks’ Vacation accrued in year 1. 401K with 7% employer-match, and employee-discount purchase program.
