Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to start a long-term opportunity with a leading medical device manufacturer? We're partnering with our client in Redmond to hire multiple Assemblers to support the production of life-saving Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). We're hiring for multiple openings with a quick hiring process, and a potential hiring/open house event is coming soon—don't wait to apply!
What You'll Be Doing…
Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished AED units using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment
Follow work instructions, SOPs, visual aids, and production documentation to ensure accurate assembly and product quality
Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust components to meet product specifications and operating requirements
Inspect materials and assemblies for defects, nonconforming parts, and quality concerns throughout the production process
Perform material scanning and maintain accurate documentation to support traceability and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Here's What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You're the Right Candidate…
At least 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency
Experience following work instructions, SOPs, visual aids, and standardized processes
Basic mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and small assembly equipment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, nonconforming materials, and quality concerns
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe material handling practices
Additional Details
Location: Redmond, WA (100% onsite)
Pay: $22.80 - $24.80 per hour
Schedules Available:
Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Contract Length: Long-term 12–18+ month assignment
