Persistent and results-oriented with strong customer handling We seek a home-based, part-time, telemarketer to make cold calls to businesses and to set appointments for a consulting team. This person must be friendly, persuasive, motivated and goal-oriented, and must have experience. The ideal candidate must have: - Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Persistent and results-oriented - Patient and able to handle customer rejection Responsibilities include: - Using scripts to provide information about our services, prices etc., and present their benefits - Asking pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements - Keeping records of calls and sales and recording useful information - Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation Hourly rate and performance bonus are included as part of this package.
