Alpharetta, GA    Who You Are: A order/da entry clerk who is proactive, thorough, trustworthy and accountable with a high standard for excellence. You have excellent prior da entry and parts entry experience. Provides order/da entry support to the organizion of orders received by telephone, fax, or central workflow systems. Obtain, analyze, verify the accuracy, and input order da in a timely manner. Inities and/or implements corrective action on orders as needed to ensure th an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer sisfaction is maintained.   Wh You Will Be Doing: Provides order/da entry for the branch operions. Processes and verifies the input accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company's internal central workflow systems and customer purchase orders. Inities required action for response to customer service requests for new order and change requests and communices changes to the approprie teams. Assists in proofreading entered orders and ensures th the correct informion is being applied prior to final confirmion. Collabores with the customer service team to make sure th the requested order(s) meet the customer's expections. Works with the organizion's other branch/regional locions to resolve problems, facilites solutions and enhance the customer service offerings. Attends regular customer service departmental meetings and trainings. Support/participe in the organizion's continuous improvement program and product training courses. Perform other reled duties and provide back-up support to other group functions as assigned by management. Works in conjunction with project managers/coordinors and customer service representive. Able to work independently and makes decisions with little department direction. Modify quote stus once order has been placed in ERP system to ensure visibility and uniformity in Sales CRM. Adheres to departmental key performance indicors. Maintains approprie working relionships with internal and external Regularly maintains Kwik Tag program to ensure all kwik tagged documents are scanned and assigned to the approprie order. Skills You Bring: 0-2 years of da/order entry experience and High School Diploma required or equivalent required. Reled glass and aluminum work experience preferred. Must be efficient, accure, and organized. Must have excellent communicion (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills. Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite. Listening skills and da collection with tention to detail are essential. Ability to calcule discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Must pass criminal background check.
