We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to help expand our outreach and generate new opportunities. Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients and partners, building relationships, and helping grow our organization's programs and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, meeting goals, and making a difference while earning performance-based incentives. Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and supporters. • Respond to inbound inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Present our organization's programs and services with confidence. • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads and schedule appointments as needed. • Meet individual and team sales goals. • Collaborate with team members to support organizational growth. Qualifications • Previous inside sales, customer service, fundraising, or call center experience preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude. • Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals. • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software is a plus.
