Position Summary As our Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be identifying, developing, and closing new commercial business opportunities. You will build relationships with property managers, hotel ownership groups, medical facilities, office buildings, apartment communities, and other commercial clients throughout Southern California. This is a relationship-focused B2B sales position designed for someone who enjoys networking, solving customer problems, and developing long-term partnerships. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new commercial accounts Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, hotel operators, and commercial property owners Schedule and conduct property walkthroughs Prepare and present service proposals Negotiate contracts and close new business Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM Attend networking events and industry functions Generate referrals and strategic partnerships Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients Collaborate with Operations to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience Proven track record of generating new business Experience selling recurring commercial services preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Experience selling one or more of the following: Commercial janitorial services Facility services Property management services Commercial landscaping Building maintenance Security services HVAC or other recurring commercial services Compensation Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually Performance-based commission Bonus opportunities On-target earnings of $85,000–$125,000+ Why Join Our Team?
