You will work collaborively with field leadership and various Home Office departments (Operions, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to execute on stregic plans and drive business success. Your Impact Will Include: Utilizing Leading Analytics Plforms: You will use programming languages and plforms like SQL, Power BI, and Planful to effectively manage, review, and extract valuable insights from hospital da. Collaboring with Leadership: You'll regularly partner with field leadership and Home Office departments to execute stregic plans. Providing Crucial Insights: You will act as the primary analyst for multiple field teams, providing them with recommendions to drive performance. Identifying Growth Drivers: You'll harness a wide range of da sources to identify existing growth drivers and develop stregies to implement these processes across the organizion. Building Efficiencies: You will continually build efficiencies and predictive analytics to cree industry-leading execution time from opportunity discovery to operional response. Wh You'll Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or a reled field. A self-starter mentality with strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret da, question results, genere insights, and construct solutions. Excellent project management and organizional skills with strong tention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with analytics plforms like SQL and Power BI is a significant plus. Outstanding presention, reporting, and communicion skills. 3-5 years of similar work experience, preferably in retail, healthcare, or other multi-locion industry, is preferred.
