Summary: Seeking a Lab Technician to perform analytical laboratory tests on in-process and finished food & beverage products, including wet chemistries and instrumentation. Highlights: 1. Perform analytical tests on food & beverage products 2. Utilize various testing protocols and instrumentation 3. Conduct government compliance testing Seeking a Lab Technician to join a Food & Beverage company. Job Description: Perform a variety of required analytical laboratory tests on in-process product samples and finished goods. Conduct testing on product packaging materials and incoming products as needed. Utilize testing protocols ranging from basic benchtop wet chemistries, such as pH, to more extensive instrumentation like GC and UV-Vis. Perform government compliance testing on required products prior to their release. Assist in product holds, audits, and other special projects as assigned.
