Responsibilities: We are looking for a seasoned Da Center Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of large‑scale da center migrion projects. This role is responsible for creing migrion stregies th reduce risk and downtime while ensuring strong scalability, performance, and security. The ideal candide has deep expertise across da center infrastructure, virtualizion, storage, networking, and cloud integrion, and thrives in fast‑paced, transformion‑focused environments. • Design and lead end-to-end da center migrion stregies, including on-premises to on-premises transitions, da center consolidions, and hybrid or cloud-adjacent migrions. • Assess current da center environments, dependencies, and risks to cree detailed migrion roadmaps and execution plans. • Architect target-ste da center designs th align with business objectives, security standards, and compliance requirements. • Collabore closely with infrastructure, network, storage, security, and applicion teams to coordine and execute migrion activities. • Establish standards, best practices, and architectural frameworks to support ongoing da center operions and future scalability. • Lead technical decision-making across virtualizion plforms, storage solutions, networking architectures, backup stregies, and disaster recovery planning. • Oversee migrion execution, including cutover planning, validion activities, and post-migrion optimizion. • Identify and mitige performance, availability, da integrity, and security risks throughout the migrion lifecycle. • Produce comprehensive documention such as architecture diagrams, runbooks, migrion plans, and operional handoff merials. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering and operions teams.
