Requires strong writing skills and attention to detail Responsibilities: Various types of entries and entry procedures, including quota entries, temporary importations, warehouse entries and withdrawals, and other government agencies. Prepare post entry adjustments, protests, binding ruling request, prior disclosures, mitigation of fines, penalties and forfeitures, and reconciliations, as well as assist clients with other customs matters and communications. Requirements Strong writing skills, organized, attentive to detail, able to work well in a deadline driven environment. Experience in nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN and O-1) and immigrant matters (PERM, EB-1, EB-2/3). Bachelor’s degree required. Experience with LawLogix and government case management systems highly preferred.
