ELD Paraprofessional/Regular Education Paraprofessionals work on student days following T/ESD school calendar year Typical scheduled hours for Elementary: 8:30-4:00p / Middle School: 8:15AM - 3:15PM / High School: 7:30-3:00 Position schedule may vary depending upon assignment 11 paid holidays & 7 days of paid time off (pro-rated based on start date) The hourly pay-rate for Regular Education Paraprofessional is $23.94 per hour ELD PARAPROFESSIONAL/REGULAR EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work together with ELD classroom teacher to support, assist, and implement lessons and instruction. Communicate successes and concerns to ELD teacher. Function collaboratively as part of the instructional team. Reinforce and assist classroom teacher to increase the learning of targeted students. Communicate effectively with students and teachers. Prepare instructional and non-instructional materials. Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher and building administrator.
