In this role, you will design, engineer, and support high-quality audiovisual and video conferencing solutions th align with customer needs and industry best practices. You will collabore closely with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to transle technical and operional requirements into well-documented, functional system designs. Through thoughtful engineering, accure documention, and thorough system testing, you will help ensure successful project execution and a consistently high level of customer sisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Meet with customers and perform site surveys to gher requirements and define project scope. Transle customer needs and architectural drawings into functional AV/VTC system designs, including floor plans and elevions. Design and engineer complex audio, video, and video-conferencing solutions. Develop accure engineering, programming, and installion labor estimes. Configure, test, and provide technical guidance to integrion and installion teams to ensure successful system deployment. Provide local travel support between customer buildings or temporary assignment to alterne locions for special projects. Your standard work schedule will be Monday through Friday, within the core hours of 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Minimum Qualificions: High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience, or Associe’s Degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of AV industry best practices, including the design and integrion of audio, video, and control systems for conference rooms, operions centers, training spaces, and executive environments. Technical proficiency with AV switching systems, commercial audio (audio theory, signal flow, gain structure), DSP technologies (including Dante), basic IP networking concepts, and standard design tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualificions: Strong professional communicion skills with the ability to collabore effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members all organizional levels; excellent written and verbal communicion and customer service skills required. Proven ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional engineering, integrion, and installion teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Understanding of networked AV / AV-over-IP architectures and coordinion with IT teams. AVIXA CTS (Certified Technical Specialist) Certificion. Clearance Requirements: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position least 50% of the time. Constantly operes a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
