Join us and be part of something extraordinary.   We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Wealth Service Plform team. This role is loced in New York, NY.    In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applicions aligned with business needs.  Collabore with cross-functional teams including product, operions, and security to deliver innovive solutions.  Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery.  Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.  Participe in architectural decisions and contribute to technology stregy.  Participing in code reviews and assisting in debugging efforts. Ensure applicions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.  Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordining with stakeholders to meet business objectives. Continuously contributing directly to the success of project deliverables. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reled field; advanced degree preferred.  7-9 years of experience in full stack software development required Extensive experience in full stack development with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, SQL).  Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud plforms, and DevOps practices.  Proven leadership experience in software development projects within a financial services environment is a plus.  Excellent problem-solving, communicion, and collaborion skills.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $180,000 per year the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market locion, and is only part of the BNY total compension package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.   This position is -will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compension) any time, including for reasons reled to individual performance, change in geographic locion, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
