As a Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting Automation Control Projects. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, hands-on technical ability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technician Location: Lincoln, NH Pay Range: $25+ based on experience Shift: 1st or 2nd What's the Job? Assist in assembling, wiring, and plumbing custom automation equipment based on engineering designs Work alongside engineers and technicians to interpret models, drawings, and specifications Manage project organization, including handling incoming materials and preparing components for assembly Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances to ensure quality standards are met Set up, troubleshoot, and repair automation electronics such as sensors and VFDs What's Needed? Five or more years of experience in a mechanic, manufacturing tech, or machinist environment or equivalent training Hands-on skills from working on cars, farms, homes, or similar environments are a strong bonus Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and models, such as those created in SolidWorks Willingness to attend training to expand knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC robotic systems Experience with machine tools like lathes, milling machines, or welding equipment is preferred Local applicants only What's in it for me?
