Engineering plans must be suitable for submission through the Approval to Construct (ATC) process administered by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and follow the requirements of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona. Small engineering firms with experience working with rural water systems, Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) funded projects, and ADEQ ATC reviews are encouraged to respond. Project Context: This project is intended to be a straightforward small-system infrastructure design focused on improving storage, pressure reliability, and system protection. The system operator and project sponsor will be available to provide existing system information and coordinate site access as needed.
